Menopause
I'm so grateful to my clients who put their faith and trust in myself and my menopause hypnotherapy program.
As Kim quotes below in her testimonial she 'thought' she'd tried everything.
The results show from working with this program Kim has kindly shared have bought her much relief.

In brief, menopause is when a woman’s body stops producing eggs to be fertilised.
I actually heard it explained recently when the one golden egg that's produced a month, stops producing. The main sign is the stopping
of the monthly menstrual cycle.
Medically, a woman is classed as menopausal when they have not had a period for 12 consecutive months. For many there are
other signs like feeling a bit hotter, irritable and irregular periods.
The phase before actual menopause is a change in periods, which could become irregular, lighter or heavier. Some women may
begin to feel a little hotter. For others there may be no noticeable changes.
Menopause is generally around the end of the 40’s, early 50’s, 51 being the average age. For some the symptoms can be, for a growing
number it seems, very debilitating, hot flushes, night sweats, anxiety and other symptoms, more commonly these symptoms last
for years.
Around 3 – 5 years seems to be an average, the longest can be 10+ years.
Estrogen and progesterone are the primary sex hormones that women produce. As women get older these hormones decline.
Progesterone drops much quicker than Estrogen, causing an imbalance.
HERE ARE A FEW MORE SYMPTOMS & SIGNS OF MENOPAUSE AND HORMONAL IMBALANCE
Hot Flushes, Night Sweats, Mood Swings, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, Low or no Libido, Vaginal Dryness, Weight Gain.
This change can be due to menopause, stresses in life and or a poor diet.
You don’t have to do the journey on your own.
